Companies should pay for the online fees and telephone expense, the network expense related on this service.
3.Services conditions
Base on the commercial character and effectiveness of Network service
(1)
Each menmber hereby responsible to there information and agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information ,don’t provide unreal,prejuce information,prohibit strictly to issue misleading and malicious news.
(2)
Maintain and promptly amend all information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
(3)
The commercial network provide the member ID and the password to member,and the member is the only user. If the Member ID or the password be lost or stolen, it is timely to re-register and re-installed the password. The member creates the account number divulges secrets, should undertake the responsibility voluntarily.
(4)
If the member found the informations the commercial netwok provided is inaccurate,mistake and other wrong, should inform our promptly.
(5)
The commercial network provide members of the product information’s edition,establishment,dissemination the commodity information copyright and the intellectual property rights,all own by the commercial network;Without the commercial network’s prior written agreement,nobody can duplication, dispersion, sell, publication, broadcast, retransmission the information about this product.
(6)
If the commercial network found the information which the members provided is inaccucate,will issue a warning,and retains the right to stop or terminate its membership.
(7)
If members violate this term cause economic loss about the commercial network,our net has the right to investigate its economical responsibility and the legal liability.
4.Members rights and obligationgs
Member’s all behaviors must conform to the national law .Please read some related provision in "transaction notice" carefully, if violates the country legal and this agreement, causing any dispute and the bad result, the author will undertake all responsibilities independently.
The member can give the criticism and the suggestion to the commencial network’s service at any time.
